Those businesses whose activities fall under the scope of the ADR, are required to apply dangerous goods safety advisers (according to 2 / 2002. (I. 11) Govt.decree).

Those businesses which do not fall under the scope of the ADR, or those which can be exempted from the scope resulting from the nature of transportation - and therefore legally waive the application of an advisor – may receive roadside expecting to need to show why they are fully or partially exempted from the scope of ADR.

Application of an advisor can be done in frames of a contract or by establishing an employee relationship with someone who has the necessary competency.
